Tell me about the makes & models, model year and mileage for your leads?
We generate leads for almost every make and model, except for exotics. We accept vehicles with a model year from 2001 to 2011 with mileage from 0 – 150,000 miles.

Which States do you generate leads?
We generate leads from all states. When you place your order we will request a list of states where you cannot sell warranties. If you receive a lead within a state where you cannot sell a warranty, we will give you credit for the lead and replace it with a new one.

What details will be provided with each lead?
Each lead we provide will include:
- Make
- Model
- Model Year
- Mileage
- Email Address
- Home Phone
- Mobile Phone*The mobile phone is an optional field, which customers provide approximately 50% of the time.

What reasons are valid for getting credit for unqualified leads?
Although we use Lead Validation with our sites there is still 8% - 10% of leads that are unqualified and you can receive credit. We will replace any unqualified lead with a new lead for any of the reasons below:
- State (You cannot sell in that particular state)
- Exceeds mileage (vehicle exceeds mileage for acceptable plans)
- Exceeds year (vehicle cannot qualify due to model year age)
- Wrong phone number
- No phone numberYou have 7 days from the time you receive the lead to request credit if it is an unqualified lead. We approve or decline credits within 48 – 72 hours of receiving your request. Credit requests that are approved automatically are applied to your account and a new lead is provided.

How do I request credit for unqualified leads?
You request credit for unqualified leads within your LeadPro account that we provide you. By drilling down into each lead you will see a link in the top-right corner – “Request Credit”
By clicking the link and following the screens you'll find it easy and simple.

How many companies can purchase the same real-time lead?
We limit the number of times a lead can be sold to 3, but it depends on the number of companies that are in the queue at the time of delivery since leads are distributed in real-time and we don’t sell aged leads.
For example, if there are 3 companies purchasing leads but one company has reached its daily quota than leads will only be sold to the remaining companies in the queue so it’s possible to receive leads that have not been sold 3 times.
If you are afraid of competition, we do not recommend you purchase our leads.

Do you sell aged leads?
No. We sell semi-exclusive leads on a real-time basis.

How do you generate leads?
How we generate leads is our biggest competitive advantage. Our leads come from our websites on the Internet so the only way we produce a lead is from someone proactively searching the Internet for an auto warranty.
Most other lead providers use email, radio or TV to produce a lead. This is considered interruption marketing and has lower closing percentages.
People who proactively search for an auto warranty versus being interrupted by a radio advertisement or direct mail are less likely to cancel their contracts.

How many leads daily can I receive?
Presently, we distribute between 5 and 7 leads daily. It's a function of when people are searching online for purchasing warranties and where Google is ranking our sites. Several of our sites are ranked in the top 3 spots for Mercedes, Ford and General Motors.

Why are your leads different?
Our leads are different because they are generated from people who are already actively searching online for an auto warranty.
They don’t need to be convinced why they need auto protection, they just need to be persuaded to buy from you.
The other difference is our leads have a lower cancellation rate when compared to other sources like direct mail.
Our demographics show that most of our leads come from people who are employed and care about the upkeep of their vehicle. Our studies show a cancellation rate of less than 8%.

How do credits work?
When you purchase leads we apply it as credits within your LeadPro account. We create a LeadPro account with your first purchase.
LeadPro is a lead distribution and management software that makes tracking leads easy so you can maintain accountability and get the results you desire.

How do you purchase more credits?
Credits can be applied to your account with each purchase or we can automate your LeadPro account so every time you reach 0 credits it automatically charges your account and replenishes with new credits.

What percentage of leads converts into sales?
All of our clients have reported at least a 5% closing rate. Companies that hold their sales staff accountable and follow up with leads rigorously achieve closing rates between 8% - 12%.
Ultimately, it depends on the effectiveness of your sales staff.

What percentage of sales cancels?
We have researched samples of our leads over the past 24 months and found the cancellation rate below 8%, but we do not guarantee any sort of cancellation percentage.

How long have you been selling leads?
We have been selling leads generated directly from our sites since January 2010.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like your leads?
Once you make your purchase we do not issue refunds.
If you have not purchase leads from us before than we recommend you begin with the lowest volume based on our pricing chart. It is better to start slow.

Can I purchase a few leads to test?
We do not sell “test” leads. If you want to test our leads we suggest you begin with the lowest volume based on our pricing chart.

When and what time of day will I receive leads?
Since our leads are generated organically, we do not have total control over when people decide to search online. The majority of our leads typically generate 7 days each week between 5 am – 9 pm (EST), but it is possible to receive a lead during the early morning hours.
You will find our leads to have a longer shelf life so leads you receive on Saturday or Sunday will be good when you follow up on Monday if your staff doesn't work on weekends.
If you receive a lead on Saturday or Sunday and follow up on Monday to find out the person has already purchased a warranty from a competitor, we will give you instant credit and replace the lead with a new one.

We provide basic training for managing your LeadPro account. You will find it simple and easy to use.

Can I use LeadPro to manage other leads and lead sources?
Yes. LeadPro is excellent lead management software for all your leads.

Can I keep my LeadPro account if I stop purchasing leads?
Absolutely. You can keep your LeadPro account for a $149 monthly fee for up to 5,000 leads or $197 for up to 10,000 leads.

If I want more leads how can I increase my volume?
Our maximum daily volume is 10 leads. If you need more leads daily we can discuss it after you have established some history with us.

If I want fewer leads how can I slow down my volume?
Our minimum daily volume is 5 leads.

How do I use LeadPro to manage my leads?
You will learn LeadPro quickly because its easy to use.
After you make your first purchase, we will create a LeadPro account, send your login credentials to you and conduct a 20 minute orientation session by webinar.

Can I resell my leads to another company?
STRICTLY NO. You do not have the right to resell leads. If we learn that we have resold our leads your account will be close immediately.
We do not sell our leads to brokers or resellers.

If I have a sales staff, can they be added to LeadPro?
Yes. We can add as many sales people to LeadPro as you need. Each sales person can have a separate login to access.

Can I have leads distributed directly to my sales staff?
Yes. Leads can be delivered in round-robin format so you don’t have to manually distribute leads.

Can I import other leads into LeadPro?
Yes. In fact, several of our clients have utilized LeadPro to manage other incoming leads.
We can provide API that you can give to your webmaster or other lead providers for directly inserting leads into LeadPro.
If it requires custom programming, we operate at $50 hourly.
